Status quo? Not our style. We are data-driven disruptors, using insights to ignite innovation and propel change. With rigorous evaluations, we shine a light on what works, what doesn’t, and what’s next – fuelling a cycle of continuous improvement and informed action.

Our Impact Stories

How we measure our impact

Feedback

We routinely collect feedback from our stakeholders; beneficiaries, staff and partners to assess satisfaction, outcomes and impact. We use a range of methods such as surveys, and interviews.

Monitoring & Evaluation

Olutoju has invested in building a strong internal monitoring and evaluation team that uses comprehensive methods to monitor and evaluate our program’s results.

Baseline Survey

A baseline survey conducted before the start of a project allows us to assess out impact more accurately. By analysing data of project participants and a control group we can report back on the difference we are making.
